DAY 1: CASABLANCA AIRPORT PICK UP -
Today we pick up you from airport, we visit main sights in city. Then overnight in stay in a hotel-
DAY 2 : CASABLANCA – RABAT -
Today we travel to Rabat capital, then Chefchaouen in Rif mountains. Overnight in local riad.
DAY 3 : CHEFCHAOUEN -
After your breakfast in the riad our authentic journey will start towards volubilis crossing via wazan and other rif villages, in volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroocan history ,after the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city the 17 th centry heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the medina , bab el mansour and enjoy a visit of moulay ismail s shrine . after the visit of Meknes we will drive directly to Fes city where you will spend the night.
DAY 4 : FES GUIDED EXCURSION
Entire day sightseeing in Fes, the oldest of the Imperial Cities, founded in 790 A.D. Visit the medieval Medina; the Karaouiyne Mosque, whose central aisle is embellished with elaborate floral and Kufic script carved into the plaster; and the colorfully tiled Nejjarine Fountain. Don’t miss the fascinating Islamic universities, including the Abou Anania and the Attarine. Finally, browse the souks (markets) of Fes, the most fascinating in all of Morocco.
DAY 5 : FES -
After breakfast in your hotel you will travel to Merzouga via Errachidia and Erfoud. You will be travelling through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau, you’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia, here you will have lunch and enjoy the Berber hospitality. Afterwards, you will travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. Arrive at Merzouga on the afternoon. Overnight in desert hotel.
DAY 6 : ERG CHEBBI EXCURSION IN MERZOUGA
In the morning we drive through the sand dunes passing fabulous landscapes on the edge of the Erg Chebbi, the largest sand dunes in Morocco. We will see plenty of nomadic black tents in the middle of nowhere. We shall stop by a nomadic family to have tea and see what a nonadic life looks like. We go on our drive and discover the nomadic life of Touareg people by visiting Khamlia, a village where nothing has been changed through centuries. Either we lunch here in Khamlia village or we go back to our hotel and have lunch there. After a short break we go on a camel ride to meet one of the most fascinating sights you will ever see, the superb sunset in the middle of the high sand dunes of Merzouga. Tonight we will stay in a Berber tented desert camp and enjoy a wonderful view of the stars
DAY 7 : MERZOUGA – ERFOUD – TINEGHIR – BOUMALNE – OUARZAZATE
Today we wake up before dawn to see and take some photos of the incomparable magic of a desert sunrise over the Merzouga dunes . DAY 8 : OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH
Morning sightseeing in Ouarzazate including a visit to the Kasbah of Tifoultoute, then to the School of Handicrafts, with its stone carvings, pottery, carpets and silver jewelry on display. Before we continue to your hotel in Marrakech, we will stop on the way at Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a picturesque Kasbah (fortified stronghold), appearing like a sandcastle amid a field of almond trees.
DAY 9 : MARRAKECH CITY GUIDED TOUR
Entire day sightseeing in fascinating and beautiful Marrakesh, a city blending Berber traditions with Arab renaissance and Western influences. We will find the Tombs of the Saadien Kings, the Dar Si Said Museum, housed in a 19th century palace, the Agdal, Menara Gardens, and the 12th century Koutoubia Mosque, towering above the city.
